Terms & Conditions

Bookings will only become confirmed upon receipt of full payment to Ridgeline Adventures.

Cancellations:

• Cancelling a confirmed booking up until 48 hrs of travel will incur a 10% cancellation fee,  ie money paid will be returned minus 10%. 
• Cancelling a confirmed booking within 48hrs  of travel will be subject to a 25% cancellation fee ie money paid will be returned minus 25% .
• Cancelling a confirmed booking within 12hrs of travel will result in 100% cancellation fee.

Note for passengers travelling with young children:

You agree that Ridgeline Adventures has made available for hire baby/child seats to ensure child safety while travelling in our vehicles. Should you decline our offer of baby/child seats we take no responsibility should any injury and/or harm be caused to any child under your care that would otherwise not have occurred if child was seated in appropriate baby/child seat offered by Ridgeline Adventures at time of booking.
