| Price | 1-5 passengers $295 NZD one way extra passengers $30 per person, one way |
| Booking & Cancellation Policy | Bookings will only be confirmed on receipt of FULL payment. Cancellation policy: transfers cancelled more than 48hrs prior to travel incur a 10% cancellation fee. Transfers cancelled within 48hrs of travel will be charged in full. |

| Traveling with young children | Baby/ child seats available for hire for $20 per one-way trip - please see our booking form for guidelines in suggested ages for baby/child seats. |
| Groceries and supplies | We provide you a complimentary stop at supermarket for up to 1 hr en route to Cardrona for supplies, otherwise you can order through Cardrona Apartments to have groceries ready and waiting in your apartment when you arrive. |
| Ski Hire | If you require ski hire etc we recommend hiring from Cardrona when you arrive otherwise we can arrange hire from Queenstown en route to Cardrona. Just let us know and we can send you a ski hire booking form to complete. |
| Travel time to Cardrona | Cardrona is approximately 60 km's from Queenstown Airport however it will take at least 1.25 hrs to drive as the road is narrow (one lane each way) and travels over New Zealand's highest sealed road (the Crown Range Pass) which is steep and winding before descending into the Cardrona Valley. The road from Cardrona Valley up to Cardrona Ski Resort is 13km's of winding unsealed road. Both roads are subject to ice and snow at any time -it is common to have to fit chains twice during the journey, even in 4WD vehicles. We are the only company officially allowed on Cardrona's access road after 5pm when it closes to the public so don't panic if your flight arrives later in the day - we will get you there!! |

Ski Resort Concierge Service - Exclusive daily ski transfers
Exclusive, daily transfers and chaperone service from your Wanaka or Queenstown accommodation to the ski resort of your choice.
Let us take care of you and your family ensuring you get the most out of your precious time together on the slopes.
We provide you exclusive use of one of our 4WD vehicles driver/escort for the day or duration of your holiday. You will be picked up and returned to your accommodation at a time to suit your family. We can arrange all ski tickets, lessons, hire etc to allow you a hassle-free skiing experience. Once on the snow you will be treated to a guided tour of the trails by your driver/escort to familiarize you with the mountain.
