We are the most popular option for getting to Cardrona and Snow Park's mountain apartments because we offer the following;
Easy to use online booking and secure payment system (see below) with lightning fast confirmation and

We will personally meet you off your flight any time of the day or night
Provide you the safest, most comfortable and baby/child friendly vehicles, we guarantee (unless the roads are closed) you will get to/from Cardrona any time of the day or night. Our drivers all have years of mountain-road driving experience and a wealth of information on the area- just don't ask then to tell you any jokes!
Provide you a 1-hour stop at local supermarket en route for supplies
Complimentary bottled water and treats for the kids to keep them entertained en route to Cardrona (1 1/4 hr drive)
We also appreciate this service impacts our local environment through vehicle emissions so we donate $10 per booking to supporting native planting projects in the Wanaka area

- Price $250.00 NZD one-way, per vehicle - up to 8 passengers, includes up to 1 hour stop at Supermarket en route. For 9-15 passengers price is $400.00 NZD one-way. (does not apply to Dunedin Airport pickups - please contact us for pricing)
- Bookings will only be confirmed on receipt of FULL payment. Should you cancel a confirmed booking up until 48hrs prior to travel money will be returned minus 10% cancellation fee. Cancel within 48 hrs of travel we will return your payment minus 25% cancellation fee. Cancel within 12hrs of travel will result in a 100% cancellation fee.
- Baby/Child car seats available for hire at $20 NZD per one-way trip* please see our booking form for guidelines on suggested ages for baby/child seats
- NOTE: If you send Cardrona Apartments a shopping list they can have it delivered to your apartment prior to your arrival, saving you a the stress of a big supermarket shop at the beginning of your holiday- We still stop at the Supermarket en route for those last minute supplies.
- If you require ski hire etc we recommend hiring from Cardrona when you arrive there otherwise we can arrange hire from Queenstown en route to Cardrona. Just let us know and we can send you a ski hire booking form to complete - this will speed things up for you.

Ski Resort Concierge Service
Let us take care of you and your family ensuring you get the most out of your precious time together on the slopes.
We provide you exclusive use of one of our 4WD 8-seater vans and driver/escort for the day. You will be picked up and returned to your accommodation at a time to suit your family. We can arrange all ski tickets, lessons, hire etc to allow you a hassle-free skiing experience. Once on the snow you will be treated to a guided tour of the trails by your driver/escort to familiarize you with the mountain
We have exclusive parking close to the base-buildings at all ski areas no matter what time you arrive on the mountain. For your added enjoyment we include freshly brewed coffee, tasty treats, mineral water. Baby/toddler seats available.
$450.00 NZD per day per vehicle
Includes: All transportation to/from the mountain -8 seater, 4WD van, ski racks, Pick up/drop off times to suit you, professional local driver/escort, ski ticket arrangement, guided-tour of mountain on first day, exclusive parking at base building, fresh coffee, tasty treats, mineral water & complimentary drink at the historic Cardrona Hotel*
