I grew up on a farm in South Canterbury, nursed in Christchurch before moving permanently to Wanaka where I have been for the past forty-two years farming and raising a family of two children and now have five grandchildren.
With my nursing background I undertook voluntary ambulance work for many years along with instructing outdoor first aid for Mountain Safety. I have cycled in Australia for three months from south to north then east to west guiding and cooking for two Aussie groups which was a challenge!
My hobbies are biking, tramping, tennis and skiing. Now guiding in N.Z and overseas is my main work which I love, and I feel fortunate to live here in beautiful Wanaka and work in the outdoors.
I look forward to showing you around my home town of Wanaka!
